Regional Sales Manager – South Central States
The Regional Sales Manager responsibility is to maintain and grow established accounts with assigned high-end resorts, day spas, salons and full service distributors. This person will be expected to open and develop new business within their region, conduct on site product trainings, implement business building tools, while offering exceptional customer service.
Some but not all Responsibilities are:
- Meeting monthly sales objectives for assigned accounts
- Meeting new product launch and promotion goals
- Maintaining and servicing assigned accounts
- Prospecting new clients
- Achieving new door goals
- Conducting Training sessions for nail techs, body therapists and/or retail
- Coordinating and performing field events
- Attending and representing SpaRitual at select trade shows
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience in the spa/beauty industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equal job experience
- Prior outside sales experience
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Computer literate
- High degree of professionalism and superior communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Problem solver and meticulous attention to detail
